Anita Cravero was born in Carmagnola (Turin) on May 17, 1981.
She began studying music and the flute at the age of fifteen at the conservatory "Giuseppe Verdi" in Turin under the guidance of Maestro Roberto Romanini - the unforgettable teacher who passed away too soon - former first flute soloist of the RAI Symphony Orchestra of Turin.
Subsequently, at the suggestion of Romanini himself, she arrives at the prestigious school of Antonmario Semolini under whose guidance she graduates brilliantly in 2004. Always interested and sensitive to all forms of musical expression, she participates in many first performances and is invited as a soloist to record all the tracks of the CD “Nomos Apache Alpha” by the ensemble “DEDALUS” by Fiorenzo Bonansone. Ranked in the first places in various international music competitions, for some time with humility and passion, she combines her artistic activity with that of teacher, thus putting at the service of young learners the experience acquired in many years of apprenticeship and training, and which has allowed to fill the important role of Assistant of the flute classes in the same Institute that helped her to grow and train as a musician.
Scholarship holder of the "Jupiter Society" of Genoa, as well as teacher of flute of the Teatro Musica Association of Moncalieri, he is also assistant and co-teacher of M ° Semolini in various specialization courses.
Among the many solo concerts with orchestra, AC likes to remember the one in C for 2 flutes by A. Vivaldi, held in duo in 2008 with Semolini and which marked the return to the stage of the latter, after more than twenty years of absence and as an exceptional 2nd flute. Founder of the “Gragnani” Trio, of the “El Capricho” quintet for flute and strings, of the “Jupiter Consort” flute quartet and member of various other chamber ensembles, she is at the same time active in the promotion and organization of artistic-musical events. Coordinator of the youth activities of the "International CAMT Initiative", she was invited to organize, for the historic Caffé "Baratti & Milano" in Turin, the annual concert review "Kafeehausmusik" and, for the Fifth District of the City of Turin, the project " Poems and Music on Social Saints ”in the churches dedicated to them.
In 2005 she was appointed Organizing Secretary of the Artistic Committee of the "Compagnia delle Arti", a cultural association that operates in Poggibonsi (Siena), where she promotes the Biennial International Chamber Music Competition "Castello della Magione" as well as concerts, musical interpretation courses. , art exhibitions and other important cultural events that are held throughout the year in the charming mansio of the Knights Templar.
In August 2005, she was the first in Italy to obtain the qualification to teach the disciplines Zen-O-Music © in Rome with a grade of 110 cum laude. From November of the same year he held the position of 1st flute of the Symphony Orchestra of Turin, resident team of the Compagnia Stabile di Operette “Alfa Folies”.
In the 2008/09 academic year she was invited as flute teacher at the International Music School of Ramallah (Palestine); at the same time he obtained a brilliant degree in "Instrument Teaching" at the ISSM "G. Verdi ”in Turin. From 2009 to 2011 she was an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Music Institute of the City of Rivoli.
